The Terms and Conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy
collectively forms an Agreement regulating
our relationship with regard to the use of Oceo Water Purifiers by you.
Please read the terms carefully.
This Agreement is effective only upon due agreement /
acceptance by you, through the "I Accept" button. You are advised
to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and
conditions from time to time.
SUBSCRIPTION
The device will be deployed at your premises upon completion of the
onboarding process which includes mandatory KYC details and agreement of
subscription terms.
The Company reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any Installation
Work Order without assigning any reason. No change by you to any information in
our company records shall be valid unless communicated
by you and accepted by us.

ACTIVATION OF ACCOUNT
The provision of adequate water valve & electrical connection will be the
sole responsibility of the customer to activate OCEO Services.
PRICING, BILLING PROCESS AND PAYMENTS
You will be required to pay for the usage of the purifier on a prepaid basis,
unless otherwise informed by us. All payments due to us will be debited through
Your Subscriber Account on an ongoing basis and in advance for Long Duration
Subscriptions unless otherwise informed by us.
By signing the Installation Work Order, You are authorizing us to automatically
charge Your Subscriber Account for the Subscription Fee and for any other
payments or charges incurred by you on the due date for such amounts.
We recommend the users to maintain water credits on their OCEO device sufficient
for a week?s usage to avoid
any service disruption arising in the event of any telecom connectivity disturbance.
You may increase Your Account Balance by making an online payment on OCEO Mobile
or Web Application or by any other payment method, as notified to you by us.
Your Account Balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Unless otherwise specified by us, you are responsible and liable for payment
of all taxes, duties, levies and charges imposed by or under any Law in
connection with the Service.
Post Installation, We do not assure that the device will be fault free and any
external damage or tampering with the same is your responsibility. You must keep purifier
device in good and usable condition at all times (fair wear and tear excepted) until
returned to or collected by us.
We may, at any time after deactivation of the Service, retrieve the device from
your premises. Any physical or beyond certain damage to the device shall be
charged to the subscriber account.
You must not take the Subscriber Identity Module Card or any component out of
the Water Purifier. You must not allow anyone else to otherwise tamper with or
use the OCEO device hardware in any manner we do not specifically authorize.
ACCESS TO SUBSCRIBER ACCOUNT
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about
yourself and promptly update your contact information, whenever it is changed.
MAINTENANCE OF OCEO SMART WATER PURIFIER
The Company will be responsible for the maintenance of the device. You shall
not let authorise any third party to handle the device. Any damages arising out
of self or third party handling shall be borne by you.
To report a fault, you may register Service request on the OCEO mobile or web
application or contact us by any other method that we provide from time to time.
RELOCATION TO NEW ADDRESS
If you want to relocate the Service to a new Address, You must notify us immediately and book a Relocation Work Order request giving us details of the new address. Relocation Charges Rs. 499/- applicable and 2 days advance notice is must for relocation services within the city.
Please follow below steps to register relocation request.
1. Login to your registered oceo account.
2. Click on Menu and select Relocation Request from the options in the menu.
3. Fill the relocation installation details.
4. Click on submit.
TRANSFER OF DEVICE
The Customer is not allowed to transfer their OCEO device to any person/ entity
at their own discretion. Kindly note that you will be liable to pay for any damages
to the company, if any arising out the same. Further if the customer wants to transfer
the device to any friends/relatives/tenants, you may request them to place a pre-order
for a new device with their own KYC documents and send us intimation through service
request with their pre-order number received on their email address/mobile numbers.
An OCEO representative shall initiate the transfer process to the intended new user.
SUBSCRIPTION DEACTIVATION AND CANCELLATION
You can request for cancellation of the Service via any of the modes made
available by us to you for cancellation of the Service. Upon cancellation of
the Service by us, the Subscription Contract shall stand automatically terminated
from the date of cancellation. We may cancel Your Service at any time if,
in our sole discretion, we determine that you:
are in breach of any provision of the Subscription Contract
have acted in a manner that is inappropriate Unauthorised access to the
device components, the machine will auto-deactivate and the company reserves
the right to disconnect and take back the device.
In case of cancellation, we will forfeit any available balance water credits
in Your Subscriber Account.
REACTIVATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
We reserve the right to remotely monitor the device for its functioning.
We reserve the right to deactivate the device, if there is insufficient account
balance to the subscriber account. We reserve the right to reactivate any
deactivated Subscriber Account in Our sole discretion. We reserve the right
to charge any activation, installation, upgrade, or handling charges or
fees upon such reactivation.
DISCONNECTION OF OCEO SUBCRIPTION
Post Installation, If the Purifier is not used continuously for 30 days, OCEO reserves the right to disconnect and take back the device.
Any balance in the subscription account will be forfeited and no money will be refunded back.
If the user wants to keep the device active, Non-Usage Charges of Rs.199/- per month are applicable till the device is inactive.
ESS (Non-Usage) CHARGES
If the OCEO Smart Water Purifier hasn't been used for 30 days or more consistently. Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS)/ Non-Usage Charges of INR 199/- per month on your OCEO Subscription will be applicable for non-usage period. The payment of ESS charges will ensure that your subscription stays active and the device is not taken back from its location. The ESS (Non-Usage) charges will be not applicable once you start using the device on a regular basis. To avoid Paying ESS (Non-Usage) Charges, Consumption of water litres is must on each device every month. If the user does not wish to pay the ESS (Non-Usage) charges, kindly place a disconnection request by following the below steps and surrender the device on immediate basis.

1. Login to your registered oceo account.
2. Click on Menu and select Disconnection Request from the options in the menu.
3. Provide us reason for disconnection of services.
4. Click on submit.
Please provide us with a 2 day advance notice for disconnection services. Once confirmed we will schedule for uninstallation of device from your installation location.
Note:
Available water credits in your oceo account will be forfeited.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
We are not liable to you for any damage to property or person that may take
place during or in connection with any Installations and your usage of our device.
We are not liable to you for any act or omission on your part. We are not
responsible for any consequential or indirect damages or losses caused to you or
to your property on account of the device, Service, or any Installation, whether
based on our negligence or otherwise.
The user is liable to pay for the damages to the device or its components at the
installation place due to their mishandling/negligence or power short circuit or
high water pressure and heavily contaminated Input water (>1800ppm TDS), the user
is liable to pay for the replacement of the device or its components.
WARRANTY, SERVICE & SUPPORT
Product Warranties are such an old thing for OCEO Consumers. Every OCEO device
is serviced and maintained at absolutely Zero Maintenance Charges for the
Life-time. You can raise a service request if you are facing any issue with
the device functioning.
COPYRIGHTS
OCEO devices are designed and created exclusively by Oceo Water Private Limited.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. All titles, trademarks, trade names,
brands, logos, ownership rights and intellectual property rights, include
copyright, rest with Oceo Water Private Limited.
The User shall not at any time and/or by any means copy, reproduce, distribute,
sell, transfer, republish, store, archive or use other than as intended at
OCEO website/mobile application site with or without alteration or modification,
any of the works, designs, contents, trademarks, trade names, brands and
logos without the prior written permission of Oceo Water Private Limited.
RESERVE THE RIGHT
The customer expressly authorizes the company and hereby gives his/her consent
that the company may contact the customer in the future for any product/services
offered by the company.
The company reserves the right to change/replace/upgrade the existing
device/any components in order to enhance the consumer experience with continuous
improvement in the quality of the products.
The company reserves the right to deactivate the Service in case the
OCEO SMART WATER PURIFIER (Device) is moved from its installed location and
reinstalled at an alternate address without our express authorization.
You shall not lend, rent, lease, pledge, sub-license, distribute or allow others
the device allocated to you in any manner.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer return/replacement of OCEO device ordered on our portal www.oceowater.online
within 7 days of delivery and installation of the device.
If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card/Payment Wallets,
then the refunded amount if any gets credited to your respective payment account within 7 business days from the date of returning the device to us.
How do I return my device/cancel my Subscription?
Register a disconnection request by logging to the registered OCEO User account and we will collect back the device in 24-48 business hours with no
questions being asked and any balance in the subscription account shall be forfeited. You may also register for disconnection by sending us an email
request on connect@oceowater.online.

2. Click on Menu and select Disconnection Request from the options in the menu.
3. Provide us reason for disconnection of services.
4. Click on submit.
